Chengfeng Zhou has been Chairman and CEO of China Education Resources Inc. from 1997 to present. He previously served as President and Director of Double Ocean Investments Inc., a private investment holding company, in Vancouver, Canada. Chengfeng Zhou was also a Director of Allied Pacific Properties and Hotels Ltd., a publicly traded company, until April 2007. Prior to 1994, Chengfeng Zhou acted as an advisor to a number of companies in Canada and China, and was a lecturer at Beijing United University for 7 years. Chengfeng Zhou obtained a B.A. degree from Renmin University of China in 1983 and additionally studied business in the Faculty of Business Administration of Memorial University of Newfoundland from 1990 to 1991.
Danny Hon is a Certified General Accountant with over 30 years of accounting and finance experience. He joined China Education Resources Inc. in 2007. Danny Hon is a Chartered Certified Accountant and Certified Public Accountant of Hong Kong as well as a Chartered Certified Accountant, Certified General Accountant and Certified Financial Planner of Canada. Danny Hon worked for KPMG from 1984 to 1986, and as Chief Financial Officer for a number of Canadian and Hong Kong based companies from 1986 to 1994. He became a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom in 1992 and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1999. Danny Hon is a partner at Hon & Wong, Certified General Accountants, an accounting firm based in Vancouver, Canada. In 2000, Danny Hon received his Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. His specialties cover financial reporting under U.S. and Canadian GAAP requirements for U.S. and Canadian listed companies. He also is involved in advising Chinese companies operating in PRC regarding the requirements of the Chinese government in accounting procedures under Chinese laws, and additionally advises on the translation of Chinese accounting matters to comply with the requirements of the U.S. and Canadian regulatory authorities.
Wang Li is the Executive Director of China’s Stock Exchange Executive Council (“SEEC”) and is the Managing Director of SEEC Holdings Limited. SEEC is a Beijing based investment banking firm, which provides a full range of investment banking services typically offered by similar North American firms. The SEEC also publishes a biweekly financial magazine in China. Wang Li has held her positions with SEEC for more than ten years. Prior to joining SEEC, Wang Li was the Executive Vice President of China CITIC Bank (the sixth largest bank in China).
Lian Li is an international business consultant with over 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Lian Li has served with Capital House in London and Primasia Investment Management Ltd. and South China Group in Hong Kong. Lian Li has also advised major corporations from the USA, China, Australia and Europe. Lian Li holds a Master’s Degree from Brunel University in London, England and a B.A. from Northeastern University of Finance and Economics in China. Since December 2013, Lian Li has been a board member of Chesapeake Gold Corp., a Vancouver-based company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
