Chengfeng Zhou has been Chairman and CEO of China Education Resources Inc. from 1997 to present. He previously served as President and Director of Double Ocean Investments Inc., a private investment holding company, in Vancouver, Canada. Chengfeng Zhou was also a Director of Allied Pacific Properties and Hotels Ltd., a publicly traded company, until April 2007. Prior to 1994, Chengfeng Zhou acted as an advisor to a number of companies in Canada and China, and was a lecturer at Beijing United University for 7 years. Chengfeng Zhou obtained a B.A. degree from Renmin University of China in 1983 and additionally studied business in the Faculty of Business Administration of Memorial University of Newfoundland from 1990 to 1991.
Danny Hon is a Certified General Accountant with over 30 years of accounting and finance experience. He became an associate member of the Certified General Accountants Association of Canada in 1994 and a Certified Financial Planner in 1998. Danny Hon became a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom in 1992 and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 1999. He received his Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University in 2000. Danny Hon is a partner at Hon & Wong, Certified General Accountants, an accounting firm based in Vancouver, Canada; he has extensive experience working with Canadian and U.S. listed public companies which have businesses in China. Danny Hon has been the Chief Financial Officer of China Education Resources Inc. since 2007, and was also formerly the Chief Financial Officer of China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd., Silvercorp Metals Inc., Maxy Gold Corp. and Lucky Strike Resources Ltd.
Yuanlin Lang is a veteran senior executive with abundant management experience. He was Project Manager of China Huayang Tech & Trading Corp. (1986 -1988), President of China Huanyang Finance Lease Corp. (1988 – 2000), and President of Hualv Insurance Ltd. (2000–2015). He has been President of CER’s textbook subsidiary since 2015.
Gaojian Lou is a Network Engineer, Senior New Media Operator and Psychological Counselor (National Level Two). He is also the Director of China Association of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises. He was Vice President of Time Guanghua Education Group and President of Xilu Technology Ltd., and has extensive experience in online and new media business and operations.
